Shipping & Times
All orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of your order being received. UK items will be sent using a signed for service.
There will be a longer wait time on any made to order items, I will notify you of this as soon as possible.
Please contact me for any international deliveries. Any local taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Breakages
All items are well packed and great care is taken to ensure each order arrives safely, but because of the fragile nature of ceramics, breakages do sometimes occur.
If you find that an item has arrived in a damaged state, please photograph all damage and email this to email@example.com within two days of receiving it.
If possible I will replace this item alternatively I can issue a full refund or make a replacement (a made replacement will have a wait time).

They are but I hope you love them so much that you are happy to wash them by hand.

Yes you can. Please get in touch so that I can get your order arranged and inform you of a wait/delivery time.
